  • Be patient and self-discipline
  • Good teamwork and communication with stakeholders
  • Be able to understand the repair manual or technical tip in English
  • Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh and service-oriented
  • Strong time management and result oriented toward the jobs

Job Description

  • Conduct all General Repair and periodic maintenance jobs
  • Be sure to understand customer's request and service advisor’s comment
  • Cooperate and share information to Service Advisors for better explanation to customers
  • Strictly inspect for additional repair jobs to boost sales of Toyota genie parts and labor sales
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and cleanliness
  • Avoid repeated repair or damage of customer's vehicles resulted from carelessness
  • Keep customer's vehicle clean and turn position of radio, seat and air conditioner to original position
  • Well inform to Service Advisors before starting to conduct additional repair jobs
  • Strictly communicate with leader for support to prevent conducting unreliable jobs
  • Fully support Service Advisors when conducting promotional campaign
  • Keep up-to-dates on the latest technical information such as technical service bulletins
  • Perform other task as assigned by Leader/Manager
